Our team has many years of experience in project management across a number of sectors, and this means we can provide an extensive range of processes and interpersonal skill toolsets necessary for best practice in managing projects. We continually review and appraise our body of knowledge, learning from experience and from the latest proven methodologies and research. This ensures your people receive a genuine skills upgrade, and your organisation benefits from practical know-how to secure real benefits for its competitive advantage

New world - new ideas

The world is changing fast. The internet, September 11th, and a business environment that is changes and evolves with increasing frequency, mean that much of today's standard knowledge base for project management, (developed over 40 years ago), by itself is no longer sufficient to meet the demands of today's projects. Recognising this frustration, we have extensively researched the business and academic world over the last 5 years to discover new areas of thinking to supplement our body of knowledge.

We are influenced by Eddie Obeng, new world guru; Steven Covey, business pyschologist; Eli Goldratt, author of the Theory of Constraints; and Tony Buzan, creator of Mind Mapping

ProjectZone believes that successful projects balance process and relationship, logic and emotion, and our courses reflect this belief. We make a careful blend of old and new world doctrine, and this approach has proved highly successful

Training marries case studies with working real issues from your projects. This way, your people get to take away key skills, developed and practised on the course, together with a host of real project deliverables to take back to their projects
