EVM01/02 Earned Value Management Practitioners workshop
This workshop is aimed at those requiring a practical understanding of EVM as required by the BAE SYSTEMS Charter for the Management of Projects. It is available in two formats: the one day EVM01 course is for those who possess a comprehensive understanding of project management fundamentals, including creation of WBS, OBS and schedules; the two day EVM02 course includes a tailorable foundational project management module as a basis for EVM (see PZ04 for details)

MoD01 UK MoD Business Winning Course / Workshop
A one day course
aimed at the business winning community in pursuit of opportunities with the
UK MOD. The module may also be run as a workshop for a natural work team, specifically
tailored to address key issues
The course has been developed to accompany the UK MOD Business Winning Handbook.
The Handbook, available through the Intranet, focuses on lessons identified
and provides information covering a wide variety of aspects associated with
undertaking campaigns to win UK MOD business. The aim of this Handbook is to
supplement the LCM Business Winning Guides with advice on how to market, bid
and sell to the UK MOD. The Handbook offers guides to the MOD's Decision Processes,
to Smart Acquisition and to the MOD Organisation. It also offers tools to assist
Business Units in analysing opportunities and in planning bids and campaigns.
