what we do – what we don’t

Our training balances an understanding of project management process toolsets with the practicalities of how to manage project stakeholders. Learning should be fun, and we’ve found it’s best to work in small, focussed groups to help everyone to internalise the skills in a safe but challenging environment. We continually review and appraise our approach based on ‘what works’: learning from experience and the latest proven methodologies and research. This ensures your people receive a genuine skills upgrade, practical ‘take-aways’, and your organisation benefits from proven know-how to secure real benefits for competitive advantage. If we can’t help, we’ll tell you.

Professional accreditation

From the start, over 15 years ago, ProjectZone made a conscious decision to provide training that is effective, down to earth, highly practical, and tailored to our customer’s need, with an emphasis on creating a behavioural change in the delegate such that they would know how to manage projects. Most project management accreditation schemes focus on exam technique, too often at the expense of the practical skills that will work on your project. Thousands of people have attested to our practical ethos. It works. As such, we do not provide professional accreditation.
